The research in the KMM field has been extensively explored in the last years.  Therefore, an effective system of information exchange within and outside the network is needed.  It will be created within the Network by organising systematic visits of researchers and whole research groups in participant laboratories, a series of meetings of group leaders, the transfer of recent results during workshops etc. 

The KMM-NoE will also be widely open for interactions with research centres not included in the Network (External Research Network). These interactions will involve:

·          Visits of experts from the Network to other research centres and enterprises

·          Hosting researchers and engineers from outside the Network.

·          KMM reports

·          KMM-NoE newsletters

A specific role is foreseen for systematically organised post-graduate courses for young researchers and engineers. It will enable spreading in an efficient way the specialised knowledge on KMM among the generation that must be prepared to develop new materials concepts in the coming years.
