Inasmet is a private, non-profit making technology centre, founded in 1962, with the purpose of serving the industrial community through technology transfer.
At present, after its transformation into a Foundation, Inasmet's mission statement is to "Contribute activity in economic and social development, stimulating and promoting the processes of innovation and technological development as a strategy for competitivity".
The Inasmet Foundation centres its activities on Materials Technology, Industrial Processes and the Environment, Having Two Plants (San Sebastian and Irún) which house the laboratories and the various pilot plants for prototype manufacture. There is also an office in Cádiz. |
